The Air Cadet League of Ontario The Air Cadet League of Ontario has introduced the new 2026 50/50 lottery, featuring two cycles this year. Each cycle includes:

• First Early Bird Draw: $500
• Second Early Bird Draw: $1,000
• Grand Prize Draw: Guaranteed minimum of $10,000

Draw Schedule

Cycle 1: January – June

• First Early Bird: February 26, 2026
• Second Early Bird: April 30, 2026
• Grand Prize: June 25, 2026

Cycle 2: July – December

• First Early Bird: August 27, 2026
• Second Early Bird: October 29, 2026
• Grand Prize: December 17, 2026

Please support the 197 Acton Air Cadets’ Bottle Drive on Saturday January 3, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Donations of empty wine bottles, liquor bottles, beer bottles and beer cases may be dropped off at 11 School Lane, Acton (Acton Scout Hall).

The 197 Royal Canadian Air Cadets in Acton, Ontario along with their families will be holding their Family Christmas Dinner on Tuesday December 16, 2025 at the Acton Legion main hall. This will be a peanut free event.

The 197 Typhoon Squadron has again partnered with Purdys Chocolatier to fund raise for 2025!

Fundraising allows the Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) to assist with cadet activities not covered by the cadet program.

Please consider supporting 197 Typhoon Squadron by following these easy steps:

2. When you go to register our number that we use is 77900 (Acton Air Cadets).
3. This fundraiser will be open until Saturday November 15 at 6:00pm.
4. Your orders will arrive within approximately 7-10 days. We will notify you when orders can be picked up at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 197 located at 15 Wright Avenue, Acton ON L7J 2T7.
